The living space is nice. They lack timeliness when it comes to Maintenance. The amenities are okay but could be better. I’ve found many friends throughout the apartment that will be there for a lifetime.
Everything gets fixed as soon as you want it to. Staff is helpful. Rooms are clean and reasonably priced. Parking is a little expensive, but indoor and nice.
It’s a little noisy at times because the walls are so thin, but overall it has been a great time! Maintenance is fast and the community is clean. The staff always answers my calls whenever I need help.
I have enjoyed living here over the past two years. The community is clean and friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond to any concerns. Overall, I’m happy I chose to live here.
Living here has been okay. They need to have more availability for parking throughout the entire year even for people who get a car halfway through their lease
Living here is great, maintenance requests are followed up very quickly and it is always clean and offers lots of amenities. The rooftop is amazing!
The furnace room is attached to my bedroom and constantly leaks cold air into my room. Nice place and close to campus but expensive and it is way too easy to hear our upstairs neighbors.
Needs more amendies (vending machines, hotub, etc) Rooms and apartments are nice. I enjoyed my time here but was in need of more things to do
This is my first year living at the Province and I've had a really wonderful experience so far. The price is a bit intimidating at first, but it's definitely worth it. Facilities like the gym are well equipped, CU campus is a short walk away, the apartment rooms are clean/spacious, maintenance is really friendly and actually helpful, and the front desk staff has always been kind and caring. I have had especially great interactions with Rachel who works up front. She has always helped with any questions or tasks with a smile and genuine conversation which you really don't come across that often. I've already renewed my lease due to my positive experience and look forward to the continued comfort the Province provides while I'm pursuing my degree at CU.
Living in the province has been wonderful. Everyone has been respectful and kind, as well as the staff. They're always willing to help fast when something has gone wrong.
It’s been good. The maintainer guys were able to fix a lot of the stuff that was broken when we got here. Management is pretty good. Overall not bad
The rooms are great, I just wish there was a way to buzz visitors in. I love having a full bathroom inside my room and a great view. I also wish the propane tanks on the terrace were replaced more regularly.
It is nice living at the province because of the place itself and the people. All problems we may have are fixed quickly, and the people who live here are nice as well.
A lovely building and location. Very close to campus and convenient for students who are on campus late into the night, like myself. Easily able to access either north or south sides of campus because of the closeness of the two underpasses
Great living situation, had some issues with roommates. Other than that was very happy with what I was paying for, free internet and Ethernet options was great for streaming videos and having connection all the time in the building.
The Province has been a really nice place to live over the past two years. They property is well kept and maintenance is super responsive. It can be a bit loud at times, but it depends which way your apartment faces.
Neighborhood is safe but very quiet and not many options available for food. Maintenance is very helpful and responds to work orders quickly and efficiently
Rooms are big and you have a lot of space, but the amenities for the apartment are sub-par and rent is far too high. Nearby apartments charge nearly the same amount for rent but have far better amenities, such as, pools and hot tubs. The staff is not always that helpful and the printer was broken the two weeks leading up to finals week, in my opinion, this apartment is not worth the price of rent.
really enjoy living at the province. my apartment is super nice, fully furnished, and honestly not as far away from everything as i thought it would be.
It's very nice. I like that rent has an automatic pay feature. The sundeck is dope. I wish we had a trash chute but that's really my only wish.
showing a lack of respect for people or things that are generally taken seriously.

Grills and fire pits are not always functional. However the maintenance team is very responsive. The office building offers a great study environment and the free coffee and printing is very appreciated.
Not good at avoiding voices from neighbors, and the upst are bad, while province still havent do anything for our complaining, I dont think its good.
It's been a really great experience, I've recommended The Province to a couple of my friends! It's a very nice apartment and very convenient with how close it is to campus!
The rooms are nice and big and the location is hard to beat with a very short walk to campus according the street. I wish they had better amentities for the cost.
The rooms are large and the big windows are nice. Location is hard to beat with a short walk onto campus. Wish the amenities were a little bit better!
I think it is very good. Here is a very nice place to living. And also, the officer and CA is very nice. They are very mindful. They always help us a lot .
The Province has been a great place to call home over the past year. The location is great and the building is overall maintained well. There is a bit of a noise issue outside on my street, but otherwise no issues!
So far my residen experience has been positive. While the utilities inside each apartment are lacking the location makes up for it. The washing machine and dryer are bad quality. We also needed to purchase our own vacuum. But overall I enjoy our apartment it’s just difficult to justify 1200$ rent.
Overall, I really enjoy living here. I love being this close to campus, the views from the fourth floor porch, and the fact that the apartment is furnished. I do however wish that there was more of a sense of community here. I feel like I don’t know any of my neighbors.
So far I have been loving the apartments and the community. The building is wonderful, the amenities are great, and the staff has been nothing but completely helpful. I’ve already renewed for next year!
It has been alright so far. The staff is nice and everything. There are a few issues with things like the walls being thin, the appliances do not work very well, and the gym is a bit disappointing: there is not enough equipment in my opinion, and 2 of the treadmills are broken.
I don’t get any emails regardless of how many times I ask the staff to add me to the mailing list, only mail I get is telling me my rent is going up
I love how close the Province is to the Business school. Also, the tempurpedic mattress is a major game changer, on top of the fact that my room is bigger than anyone else in student housing that I know.
Great place to live. Spacious rooms with big closets. Nice bathrooms. Big kitchen. Great that they come furnished and the temperpedic mattresses are great
We have a very nice apartment with a beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony. We love hanging out on the rooftop terrace overlooking CU.
The Province is a safe and very pretty community. The apartments are spacious and comfy, and there are lots of nice places to hang out/do homework. I love the view from the fourth floor!
Province is great. Rooms are the perfect size and it’s awesome we all have our own bathroom. Maintenance is easy to reach. The only downside is having to get our packages from the front office. A locker system would be much better.
Overall my experience has been great! I love how helpful the clubhouse staff are! They always can answer all my questions and there is always some to talk to.
Province has great amenities, office staff is great, and it's close to campus and feels safe and secure. The only reason it gets 4.5 instead of 5 is because of rent amount, but Boulder is also very competitive so there's not much to do, and compared to other properties in the area, you get the most for your money
I like living here. My roommates are nice and I like being this close to the main campus. The parking accommodations are great and I like having covered parking.
Overall I enjoy the Province. That being said there are a few things that I am disappointed by. First, the rooms themselves. they aren't bad, but for the price, I would expect better craftsmanship. Next, the gym is missing a few things like a bench or some plates, but also pretty small and you can work out around the missing equipment. Finally, I feel like there is no community in the province. I know there are community events and other than those I can't think of any other ways to fix this, but it is something that I miss from being in the dorms... Maybe this is what being an adult is like idk... Just some food for thought, nothing big though.
The staff at the front desk are super friendly- it’s nice that they’re students too. The balcony on the 4th floor has an incredible view and is a great place to hang out- even in the winter because there fire pits.
I’ve heard a few negative things about the Province from other residents, however I haven’t had any bad experiences myself. The gym is wonderful, the staff is usually pretty friendly, my aprtment is clean/comfy, and I feel safe living here.
Thin walls and a lot of money for a college student. Not a lot of workout equipment. Great amenities with great security. Lots of space for residents.
I really like the community, all my friends live in the building and it’s super convenient to walk to school. I also like how you have like ice cream sometimes and also I like how we get notes on our doors
I think the province have been a great place to live so far this year. The apartment itself is very nice and was clean when I moved in. Compared to a lot of my friends' places, the province is much better for the same money.
My resident experience so far has been great. Every person I have met has been extremely nice and not too loud. The walls do a good job at keeping things quiet at night even if our neighbors or we are playing music.
Requests are fufilled quickly but however I have dealt with some rude or lazy community assistants. Overall great location and clean apartments
The province is a pretty nice place. It is super quiet, and always clean. The rooms are nice too. They are fully furnished and it makes moving in a lot easier
It is amazing here ! Rooms are really well furnished and the community is great ! Never has a problem here either with hot water or anything missing. Cozy and feels home.
A generally great place to live, while being on the expensive side. Also had difficulty in getting something repaired as it took about two weeks for my blind to be replaced
Beautiful building in a wonderful location. Rooms are in great condition upon move in. All staff members are extremely nice and helpful. Beautiful view of The Flatirons!
There are great views and it’s a very comfortable apartment complex. Management is hit or miss sometimes but overall, I have had a wonderful experience.
This is my first year living in The Province. So far, everything has been great. It is close to my classes, and I appreciate that there are community events.
The Provicne has high quality of the apartment and community. The prices for living and parking are affordable and the amenities along with a bathroom for each room are great.
The rooms are very nice, and it’s conviently located across the street from the campus. I like that there’s free printing, and the clubhouse is very nice.
Great so far! I like the apartment its nice and clean, also I get along fine with the roomates that I got paired up with and I’m very glad. We already had to call in a repair and the master showed up the next day and fixed it!
It's not a bad place to live, it just seems to have less amenities than other apartments at a similar price range. It would be nice to see a hot tub installed in the courtyard because there is plenty of space for one.
Very nice looking space, and maintence takes no time at all. However, the moving in process was a bit of a mess. They told me all utilities were one flat rate but here I am paying for more things.
Extremely noisy all the time since the walls are paper thin so you can hear just about everything both inside and outside, terrible management that does not care about its residents, all for an overpriced rent. The washing machine in my unit was malfunctioning when we moved in (violently shook and leaked water everywhere) and destroyed most of my clothes, and management halfheartedly fixed it about a half semester in. Upon moving out, we were charged for a minor crack (which we did not cause) in the microwave door that did not affect the functioning of the appliance in ANY way. The only reason we were charged is because the crack was not noted in the unit condition form since we were searching for bigger, more major damage in the unit. Management denied our request to meet and discuss the issue, and wouldn't even hear what we had to say. Lastly, some of the amenities advertised are not actually provided by the province (e.g. printing - management never refilled paper). Unfortinately, I would not recommend the Province to anyone because the extremely high price is not worth what you get (which is very little especially with respect to how high rent is).
The Province is a nice place to live and would get a higher rating from me if it had more amenities. It just seems like it costs too much for not having a pool or a bigger gym.
A fairly ok value for your money, especially given the location. The evening security officer offers me peace of mind, and is helpful with noisy residents.
Barring a few issues, The Province has been a wonderful home for the past year and I've decided to renew for another year. I think the best things about the complex are the proximity to campus and that the units are furnished.
Overall good but flooring is cheap and everything breaks. The hallways sometimes smell really off and the curtains are also cheap and don't keep put much sunlight. However, overall it's a nice apartment complex and I do enjoy the comfort of living here.
Living here is more expensive than it's value, and there is no sense of community whatsoever. However the amenities you do get are quality and you will feel safe from the security measures
Carbon dioxide (chemical formula CO2) is a colorless gas with a density about 50% higher than that of dry air. Carbon dioxide consists of a carbon atom covalently double bonded to two oxygen atoms. It occurs naturally in Earth's atmosphere as a trace gas at a concentration of about 0.04 percent (400 ppm) by volume. Natural sources include volcanoes, hot springs and geysers, and it is freed from carbonate rocks by dissolution in water and acids. Because carbon dioxide is soluble in water, it occurs naturally in groundwater, rivers and lakes, ice caps, glaciers and seawater. It is present in deposits of petroleum and natural gas. Carbon dioxide is odorless at normally encountered concentrations, however at high concentrations it has a sharp and acidic odor.
The grounds are always well kept, and maintenance staff are quick to respond. The facilities in the apartment are fairly new, and having a washer/dryer is a plus
Pretty nice for the price. The water can sometimes be not quite as hot as you’d like in the bathrooms, but a good value. They have a security person working evenings here, it’s really been helpful with reducing noise.
It's a really nice place, but it feels like it's missing something for the amount it costs like a pool or a larger/nicer gym. Most other complexes in the price range of The Province have pools and much nicer gyms, so it feels like the price isn't quite justified, though what they do have is at least taken care of.
very spacious, good quality appliances, good maintenance. The 24hr fitness center is convenient too. Super high rent, and not great community.
Really nice apartment with great staff and maintenance workers who are always willing to help. sometimes it can get noisy on weekends but that's what weekends are for am I right?
The Province has really nice amenities such as the bike storage and gym. However, the walls are extremely thin so you can hear your roommates' every move/sound which is not ideal. Also, my unit's washing machine broke down quote a few times throughout the year and was broken from the start; it leaked and shook violently, making a ton of noise. Province Maintenance was originally terrible and unable to fix things, but the new maintenance crew is much more helpful and friendly.
Walk to campus made easy, however price was expensive for it. Hallways were dirty. Staff wasn’t always easily available and didn’t always get respond to people in a timely manner.
The apartment itself is fine, while I appreciate my own bathroom, the walls are too thin and can hear everything my roommates do all the time. The community is also terrible. The amount of parties that disrupt students like me from doing our best work. There needs to be a way to reprimand our neighbors without involving law enforcement through management. Mail system needs improvement.
The province is a very good off-campus housing facility with great location to campus. The apartments are very well maintained and the people who live here are very nice and considerate.
I like the Province, it's close to campus and super friendly staff. The maintenance crew is amazing and does an amazing job keeping things in order!
It is very easy to get packages and have repairs done quick. the only issue i’ve had in my apartment is incorrect noise complaints on our apartment without any follow up to verify the complaints
Beautiful and clean apartments right next to the engineering center. I lived here for two years and never had any real issues with appliances or the room.
Great matienance staff, always fixed everything very quickly and were very professional (5 stars). However, I got my car booted twice. Once because my pass fell off when I was driving with my windows down and another because my pass expired and management never gave me a new one. I talked to management and the parking services and both times they refused to help and said I need to talk to the other party involved. THIS WOULD ALL BE SOLVED IF MANAGEMENT SIMPLY GAVE LISCENCE PLATE NUMBERS TO PARKING SERVICES OR STICKERS TO PUT ON WINDSHIELD. Poor management that show that they really don’t want to work here (1 Star).
There is not much i would complain about. I think it is a great community in general. I like the 4th floor balcony, the gym is pretty solid and I fell that the front office staff is great. I would like to see more maintenance on washing machines, air conditioning system and sinks, but other than that i have nothing bad to say. one thing that I would really like to see in the future is a study room, I think it would benefit a great number of residents, plus I think that the province has a really big space between the office and the gym that I rarely see people enjoying.
I really like how quiet the community is and the rooms are nice. Sometimes the maintenance is hit or miss. At the beginning of the year it took over a month to get our dishwasher fixed
Very clean and well managed environment. Plenty of space in the rooms with plenty of amenities for most of your needs. It's a but overpriced coupled with the fact that the walls are paper thin and it's often hard to get in contact with someone important if something goes wrong in the night
Really cool place to live with lots of amenities! I really enjoy the 4th floor terrace. Super close to campus! It takes about 10 minutes to get to Folsom field.
Clean and well-kept property. Nice WiFi, very mid-range appliances and heating/cooling systems. Can get a bit noisy due to the wall thinness, but nothing terrible.
Great experience. Clean, modern apartment with helpful staff to assist you whenever you need! I love the fact that we put on monthly events in the lobby.
It has gotten much better with the new maintenance guys, things actually get fixed when you place maintenance requests. But it is still pretty expensive for not having a community pool or hot tub.
Great location and a pretty view. I like the pool table, workout center, and coffe area at the front. Repairs are done quickly and properly. Everyone seems nice.
It's better than living on the Hill. Big closet, nice kitchen, staff is slow to solve problems, but they try their best they are college students.
Ogechi Kristina H.
Has its perks and its draw backs. The free printing, coffee, and workout facility is all nice. The clubhouse is great to use for parties and for large groups and its typically empty.
Maintenance is slow to respond, and rent is too expensive. There is no community. However, the rooms and living areas are nice, and the clubhouse is beautiful. Having a workout facility is wonderful even if it is small.
The staff here has been friendly and helpful so far this year. Our maintenance requests have been taken care of quickly each time we have one, and the facility is kept in good condition.
I would never leave here ever again. The staff is rude and for being in customer service they have no idea how to handle anything. Their “24 hour community assistant” call line doesn’t work and when I told management that they disregarded the entire conversation and never fixed it. Also the parking rules are INSANE. The fact that a guest of mine got a 120$ ticket for staying 4 minutes past an hour in the only visitor parking spot is ridiculous and the fact that they don’t have enough parking passes for all their residents is a joke. Over all this place has caused me more stress then I deserve for paying $12,000 a year. Won’t ever live here again and I absolutely won’t recommend it to anyone.
Love the staff and how sweet everyone is, also adore the maintenance guys. They get everything done quickly and proffesionally. Wish there weren't so many changes with the fire detector though but i dont think you guys can really do anything about that since you check on them so much
Amazing place to stay for college! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The rooms are spacious and they’re very well maintained. I would highly recommend
I have had a great experience thus far at the Province. Incredibly impressed with the efficiency during move in day and the mailing system. Only con is community printer is frequently out of ink and community grills are out of gas.
There tends to be a lot of loud neighbors during the weekend. But the management is very responsive to complaints/work orders. Very nice amendities.
So far I really enjoy living here and don't want to move to elsewhere during my last 2 yrs study in college. I wish there can be more organized activities for the residence. I hope the cleaning job can be done more often to the public area/sharing space.
The apartments and furnishings are very nice and the amenities are great. It’s a little expensive but since it’s so close to campus it’s easy to walk.
I like living here and I really like the community center with the computers and the gym. I like all the mini activities that are held in the community center but they are usually during my classes.
I really like the inside of the lobby. They play really good music and overall the vibe in there is amazing. I love how sometimes there are certain events happening, which is fun especially with free food!
Awesome!! great service, rooms are huge, lots of closet space, not a lot of noise from other residents. Overall what you would expect from a college apartment.. maybe better
Straightforward and easy to live here. The apartments come well furnished, the location is nice, and the amanrties are solid. The only downside is rent.
The sinks could be bigger to allow for easier washing of pots and pans. Overall its a good place to live. The clubhouse is super nice and printers too
The windows can be a bit thin, which is an issue in terms of outside noise. The gym is well-maintained though simple, but the community areas are well-appreciated.
Love it here, just wish it was cleaner. It's frustrating when certain amenities aren't functional, or when common areas smell horribly. I really do enjoy the building otherwise
Not a huge fan of this place. Management is rude and petty. The amenities and structure of the apartment complex aren't great. The main lobby smells like something died. The elevator breaks often.
Great location really close to the university and apartment complex. Good community events, and a great roooftop patio! The apartments are spacious but, comfortable!
Doing great - no complaints! Staff is nice and maintenance is very quick. I wish there was a hottub but its alright. I like the balconies in each apartment and the complex is pretty clean in general.
On warmer days it would be nice to have the cushions on the chairs on the roof. Also, on the fourth floor when it's really windy the doors to the roof blow open and make the windy really loud in the halls, maybe a way to lock them ?
Have not moved in yet but leasing experience has been a positive one. The community seems friendly and tight knit and I am very much looking forward to being a part of it.
Overall, decent experience. Amenities are decent and it's close to CU campus. Only complaint is how much noise can be heard coming from outside the building. Voices carry very easily, and can wake you up even on higher floors
I really like my roommates. It's nice to see people hanging out one the fourth floor terrace. Living here is a lot less stressful when I get to pet the dogs that hang out on the fourth floor too.
So far the experience has been pretty nice I would just like that the staff on the front desk knew a little more of the way things are ran since sometimes they aren't much help with some issues
Its super beautiful the aparment, and the views, my roomates are my friends so its amazing . the utilities are very good to, the computer room , the gym, the terrace
This company is fraudulent, at best. They have no concern for their residents, and most of what they did is simply for show, with no actual effort or care behind it.
this is really warm and convenient community. It has good location, patient staff and good environment. think that everyone have this felling
Living at The Province has been by far one of the best experiences I've had since I moved to Boulder from Brazil two years ago. Really good environment combined with a convenient location.
I've been really happy with the service. The CA's hours could be improved, but whenever they are there it's nice to have them. The only downside is i want to play pool after finishing homework and usually can't. I also like that we always have coffee out because sometimes I'm running too late to brew using my machine. I also wish my cable worked.
The province is doing a very good job at keeping the hallways, resident areas and courtyard clean. I would suggest they do more community events like they did in the beginning of the year.
Apartments nice and a good size, but the management needs to step up their game. It was also irritating that I was unable to get my key until "the official move in day" instead of the day I actually moved back to Boulder.
I think that my experience living here has been really great so far. I haven't had anything bad happen, which is amazing for me. The staff is nice, the people are nice, and the living is quality. I'm excited for what the rest of the year has to bring.
Maintenance has been faster than I originally expected and the view from my balcony is amazing. Washing machine is extremely loud and building doors tend to slam extremely loud as well.
Quick service, and great staff. Good scenery all around, as well as a great roof terrace. The parking could be cheaper and more non permit spots should be available.
Great! everything is clean and works very well in my apartment! I was randomly placed with roommates that I am very compatible with. I gave the half star off because some of the fixes leave the idea that.... well.... there had to be something fixed. The patch work isn't the hottest haha.
I think the apartment building is in a convenient location, the people working there make sure that it's residents have the best living experience, and the facilities and the apartments are just great.
Doing a great job love it here keep up the great work. Let's get a pool it would be awesome. Elevators are sick I love then friendly service it's great
The province is great! The ither housing residents at the front desk are so nice everytime I come in! The clubhouse is very nice, I like that its kind of homie and comfortable, also useable when ever we need it.
You are doing very well. My experience in The Province so far has been quite good. I recommend this place to anyone who can afford the rent.
I really do love living at the province. After the change of management, things have been going a lot better. The hallways are almost always clean and the staff is useful when you have questions!
Good customer service. Lots of amenities. Could be a few improvements, for example, a better cable/internet provider. The internet has gone off in my room about once per month, and we don't get access to altitude sports which means we can't watch the buffs game half the time. And the channels we do get are not full screen and typically not high quality.
I've absolutely loved living at the Province. If I wasn't studying abroad next fall, I would fully intend on renewing my lease (I still hope to come back and sub-lease in the spring!)
I don't have a car or bike, so the location is perfect for me. I give myself 10-15 minutes for walking, and I'm already at my classes. Not to mention that the view is absolutely phenomenal. I love waking up, heading out to my balcony with a cup of coffee, and staring at the frosty Flatirons.
The roommate matching system also turned my random roommates into my best friends! I love the girls I'm living with...we all get along great and have made some incredible memories together.
The Province was exactly what I needed. It was my home-away-from-home, and such an upgrade from the depressing dorms last year. I truly feel like after a long day of classes, I am so fortunate to come home to the amazing community that is the Province.
Have had a great year at the province so far, re-leased for next year already. The building's staff, including maintenance, are friendly, polite, and respectful of privacy.
A lot better than the first year... seems like you guys have made a lot of progress and our apartment can see it - especially with the repair guys. They're awesome and on top of it. Thanks a bunch! Go buffs!
The best part about this apartment complex is that it is fully furnished, and has community amenities that we have access to! I use the community gym everyday
I love living at The Province. Everything is always kept so clean and maintenance handles things super quick! Not a better place to live, but the only down side would have to be how costly it is. But you definitely are buying for how nice the entire place is.
I love it!! The new management really knows what they are talking about, and I feel welcomed as a resident. I love the activities you guys do within the facility, it reminds me that i'm in college and surrounded by people my age.
This place is way too overpriced. The apartments are made with very cheap materials. The walls are paper thin. The shower drain sucks. Everything is just cheap.
The staff is easy to deal with and it is great to have a furnished apartment so close to campus. Any time there is an issue, whether it be maintenance or something else, it is easily resolved by the end of the week
I think the new administration is way more organized and reliable then the previous one. So far I had a good experience with The province. The staff is really approachable and nice.
I have lived at The Province for 2 years now and I love it. The location and views are great and I have met some cool people living here. I also have great roommates that I was placed with through the roommate matching system offered and overall I have had a great experience here.
Haven't finished the grounds outside the clubhouse after two years. Still no trash shoot promised when signing the lease. Dumb rules placed on residents balconies. Really expensive
